Ashley Iles hand forge these knives from O1 high carbon steel hardened to RC61 so they hold a sharp edge.
* Thin, slightly curved blade helps the knife to cut smoothly and precisely; * Non-slip rubberised handle gives a comfortable and positive grip; * Overall length: Approx. 5" (125mm).
These are supplied for RIGHT-HANDED use by default, you can choose left-handed using the option above.
