All tools sold by Ashley Iles are covered by their 100% satisfaction guarantee and are warrantied for your lifetime against defective materials or edge-keeping quality. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with any purchase please contact Ashley Iles to arrange for its return.

In addition, Ashley Iles will resharpen one of their tools, regardless of age, for the cost of postage and packing – see their website for details.

To return an item

After initially contacting Ashley Iles about your return, the item(s) should be sent using a tracked postal service to:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Your refund will be processed as a credit applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
